During the 2025 campaign season, the oncoming Pisces north node-Virgo south node transition was not covered in any great depth but it has played an outsized role in the beginning of the new presidential term. In the background of the campaign, Bobby Kennedy was doing pull ups and trying to gain the Democratic Party nomination for President but when that failed he joined the campaign of Donald Trump and received the post of Secretary of U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS).
Bobby Kennedy, if his astrological information is correct, has a Capricorn stellium in the sixth house. He is very physically fit, appearing naked in a shower in an online advertisement for his wife’s beauty line, as well as completing a pull up rollover in December 2024 one month before he turned 71. Many 20 year old men don’t have the strength to do one of those.
The Wellness Health and Human Services Secretary. Although he has not claimed any particular belief system in health, many of his ideas fit into the wellness movement. This movement is an alternative to traditional western medicine and incorporates ideas and practices about spirituality, environmental conditions, social conditions and various other traditions. He made a living working on improving river and waterway health, is a fitness buff, and focuses on concerns over the additives and processing of the food people are eating. He has said that Americans are not only sick on measures of health but also says Americans are spiritually sick too. He is sceptical of medical studies funded by the food industry and pharmaceutical companies. He wants to work on the mental illnesses associated with loneliness. These are the not the traditional concerns of the HHS Secretaries. Bobby Kennedy is probably the first HHS Secretary that comes out of the wellness movement.
The Swearing In Ceremony of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as Health and Human Services Secretary was scheduled for 2 pm on February 13, 2025. Video of the ceremony suggests he was sworn in at approximately 8 minutes after the event began.
Scientific Studies & the Asteroid Pallas Athena. Bobby Kennedy has been accused of trying to ban vaccines. His answer has been he wants good science, which he defines as science not done by the food and pharmaceutical industries, and transparency. The horoscope supports this idea with the 23° Taurus Uranus in the eleventh house sextile the Midheaven. The Sabian symbol of 23° Taurus is “a jewelry shop”. That is the good stuff. Taurus Uranus in the eleventh could very easily be food scientists in the laboratory. With the link to the Midheaven, this is going to also be on full public display. The ruler of the horoscope is the Virgo Moon in the third. This also suggests that attention to a library of knowledge is part of the energy of the moment.
The asteroid Pallas is present conjunct Bobby’s Sun and his Pallas is conjunct the ruling Virgo Moon. Pallas Athena is the goddess of wisdom and the olive tree, and the lady of the polis (city). The Parthenon in Athens is named for her Greek title which means virgin. Bobby Kennedy’s retrograde Virgo Pallas is interested in past pure wisdom and that animates the ruling Virgo Moon. What wisdom from his past will he add to the library? Environmental, fitness, food? The MAHA Capricorn Pallas is the archetype of Athena being born from her father’s head. Food. This chart is about food. The chart has an Aquarius Sun-Ceres conjunction which suggests that food science is the main theme of Make America Healthy Again. Aquarius is a zodiac sign that is not associated with natural earthly processes but is based on fixed air ideals. Theories. Aquarian food would be the theoretical, strange, the odd and the unnatural.
Ceres, which represents cereals and the produce of the earth, is conjunct the Aquarius Sun. In Aquarius, this is processed foods. Ceres resides in the ninth house of culture and beliefs. The food orthodoxy is squared by Juno’s rejuvenation and healing. The Ascendant-Descendant line creates a Thor’s Hammer chart pattern that will act to resolve the tension between Ceres and Juno.
Kennedy’s Leo Pluto – retrograde Leo Juno conjunction opposes the MAHA Sun-Ceres. He will remove the dead things and transform the ideals of the current orthodoxy. This more than any other aspect between the charts suggests a major transformation is ahead. When Pluto opposes the Sun, a major transformation should be expected. Pluto does not allow us to hold on to old, outdated and dead things or habits. He rules the dead and, in this position, the Sun is powerless to stop Pluto from claiming his rulership over the dead things in the Sun’s possession. He will take away dead Aquarian ideals from the HHS government agency and dead Aquarian ideals about food.
The Taurus-Aquarius-Leo Archetype. The second house, Ceres and Taurus are the elements of the chart about food. The fifth house, Sun and Leo are the elements about the creative force of the chart. The eleventh house, Uranus and Aquarius are the elements of science. Leo second house. Children’s food. Aquarius Sun-Ceres. Scientific food action. Taurus Uranus eleventh house. Food scientists in the laboratory.
The Midheaven is conjunct the Pisces Saturn. Restrictions will be part of the MAHA agenda. In Pisces, restrictions may be dissolved. The transformation of HHS will likely be much more painful than the restrictions that are imposed. Kennedy has suggested that the role of the government is to engage in science free of industry influence, he wants transparency of the information, and to allow Americans to make their own decisions about food and medicines. The ruling planet, Virgo Moon, in the third has its eye on healthy nurturing in schools. The Moon is not just food. Food is the major component of the chart but the lunar ruler has a broader mission of nurturing and care and is focused on wellness in schools.
Will America become healthy again? This chart does not answer that question. The Virgo south node in the fourth suggests that care and nurturing of health in the home is the immediate outcome. It suggests that we may be about to take a step toward wellness but the future ideals about food are still to come. The results of the clash of current orthodoxy and rejuvenation is unknown. The outcomes include “a Chinese woman nursing a baby with a message” or “a student of nature lecturing”. They can tell America what to do but Americans still will need to take action. The retrograde 17° Cancer Mars is on the Sabian symbol “the germ grows into knowledge and life”. The Mars retrograde won’t turn direct in the progressed chart until June of 2035 and that means the germ won’t begin to grow until then.
Much of the Donald Trump Presidency will be about the retrograde 17° Cancer Mars. He is planting many seeds that won’t even begin to grow for ten years or more. Trump’s America won’t be fast but once all that has been planted begins to grow, the transit Aries Neptune will carry these seeds forward for the next Neptune cycle of 150-160 years. American health is one of the seeds being planted.
