Pisces Sun Ruling a Leo Ascendant & The Loss of Royalty – Andrew Mountbatten Windsor

The Royal Archetype. Sun. Leo. The Fifth House. Leo natives are close to God. They are close to the King. I’ve covered the meaning of Leo before. The Queen died in 2022 and her son, Andrew, lost the King he had been close to. Andrew was born with a 0° Pisces (30° Aquarius) Sun. The Windsor family has a special association with 0° planets. The 0° is the full expression of the previous zodiac sign and going so far it can continue no longer. This is the degree that gives way to the new zodiac sign.

Andrew is a Leo Ascendant with three Capricorn planets and two major asteroids. As I wrote in the blog Genesis – The Divine Point & The Zodiac Sign Leo, some Leo Ascendants with Capricorn placements do not internalize discipline but instead project those planets on to others. The internal killjoy becomes the external killjoy. Leo Ascendants must impose internal discipline on themselves or the outside world will. The profligacy of the native will determine the discipline they receive. By all accounts of his life, Randy Andy has been having a rollicking good time and Saturn has been no where in sight. It is now time to pay the external killjoy bill.

The Killjoy Moment for the Leo Ascendant Andrew Mountbatten Windsor

King Charles III just demonstrated this principle in a big way. Andrew is no longer royal. His Leo Ascendant has been stripped. No Royal Lodge. No Royal titles. No Royal wife. Gone. A public shipwreck. Now to the backwater estate to be kept like a child by his brother. Andrew has been sentenced to the twelfth house and turned into a commoner. Kept out of sight. Out of mind. Lost. Behind the palace walls.

Sandringham is Andrew’s prison. This brings us to his 0° Pisces Sun again. Pisces is the other leg of the Leo Ascendant yod. The Loss Archetype. Neptune. Pisces. The Twelfth House. Pisces natives are lost. Andrew’s Pisces Sun is his loss of royalty.

Mercury-Uranus T-square Chart Pattern to Andrew’s Sun

I love simple astrological charts. The tight T-square pattern tells the story. The T-square is the Sagittarius Mercury in the sixth house opposed to the retrograde Gemini Uranus in the twelfth house and these focus their energy onto Andrew’s Pisces Sun that lies in the transit tenth house.

So here are the characters. Uranus is Parliament behind the palace walls. Probably Westminster. They oppose the Sagittarius Mercury in the sixth. Sagittarius Mercury is Andrew, the King’s sibling, who stands on the threshold. His previous exposures left him with losses but he remained in possession of Royal Lodge, his titles, his ex-wife and a significant annuity. Andrew’s Pisces Sun brings further public exposure of his infamy. And that exposure was very bad. This moment captures Parliament activated again to directly oppose him. The King stepped in to act as the kingly brother in his workshop and pulls out the royal warrant. He “begins the process”, a very sixth house activity, to strip Andrew of his Leonine royalty. Royal Lodge. Royal Titles. Royal Wife. It is publically announced that Andrew is no longer royal and will disappear into the Sandringham estate somewhere and his brother will take care of his expenses. Andrew becomes the retrograde Gemini Uranus in the twelfth house. The commoner in prison whose keeper will be his brother. Gemini twelfth house.

This is how a killjoy aspect works. If he shows himself again or is exposed again whatever he has he will lose. From a lack of internal discipline to the worse discipline the world can muster. The Sun is life itself and his lack of discipline may well cost him even that.
