It is that time of year again for wedding bells. Whereas last year, I focused on the Bezos show wedding in Venice which was passé, this year I will take a look at the Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift wedding. Last year, Neptune was leaving Pisces when the Bezos festivities were planned although the wedding happened under the Aries Neptune. I expect this year’s Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift celebrity wedding to be fresh and something new in feel. As Neptune transits from Pisces into Aries and Uranus into Gemini, I expect new Arian glamour and the fashion of Gemini. Not to say I think this won’t have plenty of Piscean romance, in fact the engagment photo and announcement suggests the couple likes Pisces-Virgo energy in that order. The Piscean romantic flower bower engagement for the picture wrapped in Virgo’s workmanlike “your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married”. My history teacher married my other history teacher and then they got a divorce when my other history teacher had an affair with my English teacher and then they got married. He told us to never propose when you are in bed with someone and we didn’t know which teacher he meant.
June 13, 2026 Date
The suggested wedding is for June 13, 2026 in Westerly, Rhode Island. No time and no confirmed date or location. This is part of celebrity culture. They want the attention but don’t want their event disturbed. This is why celebrities are so boring now. Celebrities used to announce to the world their wedding and just arrange for no intrusions. The royals know what to do. There is no fantasy anymore; the supercouple’s fantasy is having a wedding like everyone else. From Leo to Aquarius. Royalty to commoner.
So we can’t know for certain this is the event but even so we can look at the astrology of the date. In a nod to their engagement photo and announcement, I have selected a Virgo Ascendant date. It is unlikely to be the Ascendant as a marriage created under these rays would be uncomfortable for Taylor Swift who appears to need more control than a mutable Ascendant relationship would grant.
This is what we see for June 13. The Sun in Gemini. Mutable air. The Moon in Gemini. Mutable air. Communication. Gossip. Chasing butterflies. A bit bohemian; flowers, meadows, loose sleeves.

One other detail, the Leo Venus is square the Aries Chiron. The wounded bride. The wounds of love.
Karmically, the nodes create a T-square pattern with the Uranus conjunct Moon with the planet of personal physical wealth, Ceres, nearby. This arrangement is called a skipped step. It suggests that a past breakup (Moon-Uranus) might have caused a karmic issue that has to be resolved to continue forward. The chart has an emphasis on communication. The Venus-Chiron is painful as well. Injuries that block love. This date is going sideways. Sigh. Don’t elect your wedding chart because you will be steered away from dates like these but it seems that Taylor might have chosen this date because she had to have her lucky number 13 for whom everyone else it is associated with bad luck.
As if this date didn’t have enough challenges, there is also a loose Venus trine Neptune. Venus-Neptune relationships are dreams. Here is the romantic glamour I expected. The trine is not a harsh aspect but easily deluding oneself is its own pain. Lost loves.
Without the Ascendant we can’t determine who is who in the chart but if I had to get married on this date I would move the wedding time to between 7 pm and 8:30 pm while the Ascendant was in Sagittarius. This could make Kelce the Cancer Jupiter sharing with Taylor the wounds of the past. Taylor would be Mercury close by and ready to talk. It really would be your gym teacher, associated with Sagittarius and Jupiter, marrying your English, associated with Gemini and Mercury, teacher getting married. And them then working out all the painful karma that lies between them. The Piscean dream that turns into a lot of Virgoan work.

Update April 11, 2026. July 3 is a Friday date probably though as a day people have off due to it being the makeup holiday date for American workers.
This is what we see for July 3. Sun in Cancer. Moon in Aquarius. Unknown Ascendant. Family ruled by the Aquarian Moon. Uranus conjunct Mars takes center stage ruling the Moon which is ruling the Sun. Normally Mars can be the appearance of the groom so expect something unusual with Uranus beside the Leo Venus. A natural zodiacal pairing. The commoner and the princess. The ruffian and the aristocrat.
Venus remains in Leo on the symbol “a bareback rider”. She dares might be a possibility here but still expect the dress to wear her. Maybe inspired by those beaded 1920s form fitting dresses where they used a bit of fringe. Arc Deco Wedding? Gatsby. Venus has lost the square to Chiron and stands alone out of tight aspect to any other planet. The Sun in Cancer has moved to the theme of family and motherhood without a time we cannot know which planet represented each member of the couple. There is the possibility of a switch though as a Libra Ascendant is in prime afternoon time position. Virgo-Libra-Scorpio-Sagittarius-Capricorn are the possible Ascendant times from 9:40 am until 9:30 pm.
Astrological seasons form slowly and the July season there is a major astrological pattern forming. The cradle at the end of July. I’ve already highlighted it as part and possibly the culmination of a long standing astrological theme surrounding Iran. On a personal level, remaking karma from the past could be very healing but this is much like a wedding where you are patching things up. The family of the Cancer Sun is ruled by the Aquarian Moon. This is as American as apple pie. America is a Cancer Sun, Aquarius Moon. We almost broke up…a few times. We are a family that often needs space from each other. We are living through another one of those periods right now.
I don’t like this date for one major reason. I don’t like to ever see a Mars-Pluto aspect in a romantic relationship. And Uranus doesn’t help at all. The fact it is an easy aspect is not good because there are no brakes. It doesn’t have to end up badly but the potential for implusive violence is present. Uranus adds a suddenness element.
Taylor Swift has been singing about romance for years. She has not been lucky in love. It is entirely in keeping that she would marry under these types of stars. It is hard to elect charts that you actually may have lived for. I think it is possible this is a major part of her karma. Expect an update when the time, date and place is known.
